HONESTY
Honesty runs through the core of the Galaxy.
Our committee, manager and coaches believe in complete transparency in the way that the club is run, and when communicating and working with all players and parents.
It is that openness that we believe builds a trusted network and makes our club feel like family.
We do things together.
We encourage everyone to speak out about how they feel.
There are no politics, agendas or external influences that are more important than honesty. Through being honest with each other we will be stronger together.
BRAVERY
Bravery is something we show on and off the pitch, throughout the club.
We encourage our players to be brave on the pitch and with ball, have confidence in their own ability and express themselves.
Without the ball, we urge them to show courage that will inspire others around them.
Our committee, manager and coaches will always be brave in making the tough calls, in the best interests of the players and the club.
Through good times and bad, we believe bravery helps us to overcome challenges and succeed.
RESPECT
We expect everyone involved in the club to respect the Galaxy badge.
That means respecting themselves, teammates, opponents, referees, coaches, parents, and all equipment and facilities.
It means respecting the laws of the game and those that administer them.
We abide by the the FA Respect codes of conduct that are in place to ensure that everyone involved at the club has a positive experience.
BELIEF
Our club name is indicative of our ethos - there are no limitations on what our players believe they can achieve.
Without belief football is nothing.
We create an experience for our players to thrive and aspire to be the best they can be, to emulate their heroes and learn and love the game.
